Stop auditing chaos.

Start auditing into infrastructure.

A revenue program for CPA firms that turns disorganized clients into audit-ready engagements—while maintaining full independence.

The Problem

This is a structural problem, not a behavioral one. Proof infrastructure solves it governed evidence, consistently categorized, independently retrievable, and current.

No one else owns this problem. CPAs audit. Attorneys draft. Consultants advise. But no one ensures the full body of organizational evidence is retrievable between engagements. That gap is the industry.

Our frameworks are derived from what reviewers actually request during real scrutiny — not from theoretical best practices. The standard is set by the people asking the questions, not by us.

If someone with authority can walk in and say show me, and the honest answer is 'give us a few days' the infrastructure doesn't exist yet.

The Structural Firewall

Clearstand is an Austin-based proof infrastructure firm that builds, tests, and maintains pre-attest evidence systems. We call them Assurance Rooms. We do not perform taxes, audits, reviews, or compilations. We are not a CPA firm.

The Bench Model

Clearstand operates on a shared-revenue model designed to reward CPAs who participate in the readiness process. The structure creates two paths depending on your level of engagement.

Introduce a client to Clearstand and staff the non-attest readiness engagement as a Bench Member. You serve as an

independent witness to the infrastructure build, contribute your professional expertise, and earn the full engagement revenue share.

Refer a client but choose not to work the engagement. Clearstand deploys another Bench Member to execute the build. You receive a reduced referral fee reflecting the

lighter involvement.

Active bench members who participate in ongoing engagements generate recurring monthly revenue.

The incentive is designed to reward sustained involvement, not one-time introductions.

The Entry Point

Pitching a full infrastructure overhaul to an executive is difficult. The Readiness Drill eliminates that friction. It is a focused diagnostic that stress-tests a client's current evidence retrieval capabilities and maps them onto a structured maturity model.

Protect realization rates

Stop writing down hours because a client's internal team couldn't locate their own cap table, vendor agreements, or grant documentation.

Maintain compliance

Clearstand provides pre-drafted disclosure templates aligned with TSBPA and AICPA referral and commission requirements.

Elevate your positioning

Transition from pointing out missing documents to providing an institutional-grade structural solution. Your clients see a firm that solves problems, not one that merely identifies them.

Generate new revenue

Bench participation creates a revenue stream from non-attest work that complements your existing practice without creating conflicts.
